Returns

Returns Policy

If you are anything less than delighted with an item for any reason, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We try to process your return as fast as possible. Your parcel will be collected at our return address in Kent from where it will be sent to our warehouse at least once a week. This depends on the volume of the returns shipments. When your package arrives at our warehouse in Germany you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The whole process usually takes us 2-3 weeks.

Any goods that are not to your liking can be returned within 14 days of delivery without stating a returns reason. Just follow the instructions on the returns form enclosed with your goods, and send the articles back to the address stated on the form (returns addresses available in UK, Germany, France, Holland and Austria).

Faulty goods are fully refundable, inclusive of delivery, return and other extra costs. Please note: Returned goods which show signs of use in excess of trying them on may lead to a reduction in the refund given. Always wear "something underneath" when trying articles on, especially with underwear. DVDs and CDs can only be returned if the original seal is unbroken.

Returns Cost

With the exception of orders from Germany and Austria, we kindly ask you to bear the costs of all returned goods yourself. We offer you addresses for returns in following countries: Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands and UK.

Replacement

An article can be only exchanged to an article with a different size. The exchange of different products is not possible. In this case we ask you to return the purchased item. The desired product can be ordered in another size via the return paper in the parcel. The package will be delivered directly to your home.

Refunds

We will refund your purchase. For payments by credit card, the purchase amount will be credited to your credit card account. The same applies to purchases made with debit cards. Refunds are usually processed within three to five days after the goods are received back at dress-for-less. However it can, in a few cases, sometimes take between 1 and 2 weeks to refund your money. Rest assured, you money will be refunded if your returns are in order!
